At the same time they conducted TCA Press Tour, FOX released the first trailer to "Breaking In". The new series, which is created by Adam F. Goldberg ("Fanboys") and Seth Gordon ("Four Christmases"), has been picked up by the network for midseason premiere.
It is basically an offbeat half-hour workplace comedy about a high-tech security firm that takes extreme - and often questionable - measures to sell their protection services. The series centers on a team of uniquely skilled oddball geniuses hand-picked to work for a manipulative mastermind.
Christian Slater, Bret Harrison and Odette Yustman all star in the series. "Smallville" actor Michael Rosenbaum is also joining the gang as a recurring cast whom the producers hope would be in all the six episodes beyond the pilot. His character according to TV Line is a crafty peddler of 'clean urine' who figures into a potential romantic triangle with the top-shelf computer hackers played by Yustman.

One of Upcoming '90210' Episodes
In one of upcoming "90210" episodes, AnnaLynne McCord turns blue for a boy. The first look of her in Avatar costume has arrived. The depicter of Naomi is painted blue from head to toe and put on an almost-two-piece which has a tail attached to it.
"I'm getting fitted for contact lenses, will be head-to-toe blue, and they're trying to work out prosthetics to give me big feet," McCord said in a statement to TV Guide. "It's hysterical because Naomi shows up [at the screening] and none of the other nerds are in costume. I might get a whole new following after this!"
One of the scenes shot in California on Monday, January 10 included Naomi kissing a boy in the street, leaving him with blue lips. It is unclear for which episode this whole "Avatar" tribute is shot for but the show has two titles "All About a Boy" and "Revenge with the Nerd" airing on February 7 and 14 respectively.
Brad Womack Narrowed It Down to 17 Women on 'The Bachelor'
Brad Womack narrowed it down to 17 women in his quest to find The One through "The Bachelor". Sent home this week are manscaper Raichel Goodyear, waitress Melissa Schreiber and Radio City Rockette Keltie Colleen. The latest shed tears as Brad didn't give her a rose, saying no type of dating works for her.
The three eliminated ones were on the same group date with Brad along with 12 others. They made PSAs for donating blood to the American Red Cross and must wear costumes. Keltie was not happy when she was told to put on dirty jeans and a plaid, flannel shirt topped with neck brace. But apparently it's not the reason Brad eliminated her because Melissa who was in sexy leopard print mini dress was also axed.
Going for the first one-on-one date of the season were Ashley H. and Jackie. Meanwhile, Ali Fedotowsky and Robert Martinez from the last season of "The Bachelorette" helped Brad to pick a woman worth his special rose. The couple who got engaged on the reality show did not reveal their choice but Brad gave the rose to Emily.
At the end of the episode, Brad told the remaining women that he was looking forward to getting to know the rest of them more intimately and then proposed a toast to it.
On another news, ABC Entertainment President Paul Lee told a small group of reporters on Monday, January 10 at the TCA Winter 2011 session that they are looking forward to surprise audience with their choice of bachelor in the future. This includes the possibility to put a bachelor of color. "I would hope so, yes," Lee said.

The First Trailer of 'Broken Kingdom'Hit The Web
The first trailer for Daniel Gillies' directorial debut "Broken Kingdom" has hit the web. The film tells the stories of four different characters, but the trailer mostly follows Rachael Leigh Cook's Marilyn who is seen building a romantic relationship with Darren Le Gallo's Chris, and expressing anger in front of Seymour Cassel's Clayton.
The movie features four narratives weaving their way through the tragic slums of Bogota to the lofty hills of Hollywood. A 14-year-old prostitute girl and an ill-fated, eccentric American writer forge a strange companionship. A Colombian university student invites a terrible danger into her world in the name of financial solace, while a day-care teacher in Los Angeles does everything she can to fight the weight of a tragic secret.
"Broken Kingdom" also stars Rachael Leigh Cook's husband Daniel Gillies who writes the script. Shot back in 2008, the drama is still in post-production, according to IMDb. Ian McKellen and Andy Serkis Are Following in The Footsteps of Their Co-stars

Both Gandalf and Gollum were introduced in "The Hobbit" book by J.R.R. Tolkien. Warner Bros. plans to release the first part of the movie in December 2012, followed by "The Hobbit 2" in December 2013.
Clint Eastwood Found An Actor to Fill in A Major Supporting Role
Clint Eastwood has found an actor to fill in a major supporting role for his upcoming film "J. Edgar". After tapping Leonardo DiCaprio to tackle the titular role, Ed Westwick is now cast to portray an FBI agent who is tasked with writing Hoover's memoir.
Westwick's character is described as "a clean cut operative with writing skill." Deadline further explains, "Once Hoover discovers he can write, he conscripts Agent Smith to write Hoover's biography, until Smith gets a little too close to the truth."
While locking Westwick, "J. Edgar" will not have Charlize Theron starring in it as rumored. The "Monster" beauty was widely linked to the role of Helen Gandy but she apparently opts to sign on for "Snow White and the Huntsman" instead. Now, Eastwood is looking at Naomi Watts and Amy Adams to portray Gandy, the longtime assistant to Hoover.
Dustin Lance Black writes the script for "J. Edgar" which is now being set up at Warner Bros. Pictures. Clint Eastwood has agreed to take the helming duty and Armie Hammer has been set to star as Hoover's assistant and secret lover Clyde Tolson.

Camille Grammer Quits The Reality TV Show
Kelsey Grammer's estranged wife Camille Grammer aka Camille Donatacci is quitting the reality TV show her husband persuaded her to sign up for, according to U.S. reports. Sources suggest the socialite is unhappy with the way she's portrayed on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" - she was recently named "America's Most Hated Housewife" in a tabloid magazine cover article.
TMZ.com reports Camille's lawyer and bosses at TV network Bravo are already discussing a settlement and an offer is on the table for the terms of her departure. But her publicist Howard Bragman tells People.com, "She has not made any decision yet about whether she's returning to the show or not."
"Camille's situation has changed since the show began. She did the show because Kelsey wanted her to do it and now she's a single mother raising two kids. Her life has changed and she has a lot of new responsibilities. She's also in the middle of negotiating a divorce settlement, so this is not the time for her to make a decision about the show."
Adam Lambert to Comment on 'Teen Mom'
Adam Lambert took a minute out of his busy schedule to comment on "Teen Mom". The reality TV show airing on MTV has been making headlines recently for the arrest of Amber Portwood who is caught beating her ex-fiance on camera. Lambert called the show "depressing".
He shared his opinion on Twitter, writing "This Teen Mom show on MTV is so depressing. I know it's 'real life' but shouldn't there be programming that inspires kids to shoot higher? #glorifyingwhitetrash". He added later to hinder any misunderstanding, "I'm not saying that all teen moms are white trash. Don't misunderstand. Yet, most of the ones on that show seem to be. I do, however, think they're are being exploited a bit."
MTV is about to air a spin-off to the show about teens dealing with early pregnancy. "Teen Mom 2" starts January 11 at 10/9c with four other teenagers who have given birth.
At the same time, Amplicate reports that Lambert is the most loved topic in social media for 2010. Amplicate monitors and collates what people say they love or hate in Facebook or Twitter, and over 50 million public opinions of adoration or disgust were made on thousands of specific topics. Lambert happens to be the loved one, followed by Taylor Lautner, Katy Perry and Ice Cream in the Top 10.
Little Has Been Known Regarding 'Monsters, Inc. 2'
Little has been known regarding "Monsters, Inc. 2" since it was first reported being developed in 2008. But now, Disney Central Plaza (via Stitch Kingdom) has a tidbit from the project, saying that the movie is going to be a prequel.
The site claims that a Disney film catalog has a brief plot synopsis for the film. And according to the synopsis, the upcoming movie "will take us back to before a time when Mike Wazowski was top comedian, before James P. Sullivan was top scarer, even before the buddies joined the MI workforce. In fact it takes us all the way back to school - the University of Fear to be precise. Although the two start out as frenemies, Monsters, Inc. 2 will weave the tale of how the dynamic duo transition from rivals to BFFs."
This, however, should be taken as just a rumor. Additionally, things could change and evolve over the course of development so the currently unveiled plot may not be used for the film.
"Monsters, Inc. 2" has tapped "Monsters, Inc." director Pete Docter to return to the helming duty. The upcoming animation is due November 2, 2012 in the U.S.
Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." follows the #1 scarer at Monstropolis' power company, Sulley (John Goodman) and his partner Mike (Billy Crystal), who get into trouble when a human toddler accidentally comes into their world. Having to avoid problems with the higher authorities, they now have to find a way home for the toddler. Released in 2001, the movie earned over $525.4 million worldwide.
'Gulliver's Travels' Wins U.K. Box Office
Jack Black's larger-than-life performance in "Gulliver's Travels" has proved a big draw to British cinemagoers - the movie has shot straight to the top of the U.K. box office. The 3D film adaptation of Jonathan Swift's classic tale, which sees Black's character Lemuel Gulliver stranded in a world of small people, pulled in $10.9 million over the New Year weekend.
"Little Fockers" fell into second place with takings of $3.9 million and Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal's "Love and Other Drugs" pulled in $2.4 million to sit at number three.
Colin Farrell's epic "The Way Back" was new at number four with $1.9 million while "The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" sailed into the number five spot with $1.8 million.
DC/Warner Bros.to Take The Same Way As Their Rival Marvel
DC/Warner Bros. is not going to take the same way as their rival Marvel and put together their superheroes in the same universe. Producer Charles Roven says in a recent interview with Shock Till You Drop (STYD) that there is no plan to feature Batman and Superman in the same universe despite the fact that Christopher Nolan is working on both "The Dark Knight Rises" and "The Man of Steel".
"No. That may be in somebody's mind but right now the Batman lives in his world and the Superman lives in his world," he states when asked whether the two famous characters will share universe one day. "Those stories are those stories and we haven't thought beyond each individual picture."
Roven later addresses reports that "The Dark Knight Rises" will be last chapter of "Batman" trilogy from Nolan. "Well, I think that Chris Nolan has said that he wanted to make a trilogy and this is a trilogy. As far as we all know, this is it. This is the trilogy. 'The Dark Knight Rises' is the third part of what Chris created with 'Batman Begins' and we're not looking past that," he explains. "He's not thinking, 'will there be another one?' And he's already said, in his mind, it's a trilogy. So I think he's just focusing on making this the best he possibly can and that's it."
As for how Nolan, who is famous for focusing on one project at one time, arranges his time to prepare for directing "The Dark Knight Rises" and produce "The Man of Steel", Roven shares to STYD, "It's a huge workload... Hopefully, there will be a little bit of time in-between the start of production on both of them." He adds, "We haven't even entered official pre-production on either one of them -- there will be a little bit of room. They're both going to be long shoots. I'm sure there's going to be some overlap, but hopefully there'll be as little overlap as possible."
"The Dark Knight Rises", which will see Christian Bale returning as Bruce Wayne aka Batman, is slated to start shooting in April 2011 for a July 20, 2012 release in the U.S. Meanwhile, "The Man of Steel" has tapped Zack Snyder to serve as director and is currently looking for an actor to portray the titular character. The movie is scheduled for 2012 winter release.
'Gypsy' Is Likely Heading to Big Screen Again
"Gypsy" is likely heading to big screen again. Another movie adaptation of the Broadway play is in the early stages of being set up at Warner Bros. which made the 1962 adaptation starring Rosalind Russell and Natalie Wood.
According to reports, Barbra Streisand is circling the upcoming film to take one of the key roles, Mama Rose. She was additionally reported to produce and direct the flick but Arthur Laurents, who wrote the book for "Gypsy" and directed its 2008 Broadway revival, says no director has been attached to the project. Asked if 68-year-old Streisand would be too old to play the young mother, he explains, "First of all, they can do magic in Hollywood. Second, does it really matter."
Laurents additionally reveals that he has suggested Tom Hanks to take the role of Herbie, Rose's love interest and the talent manager of her two daughters, Baby June and Louise aka Gypsy Rose Lee. The filmmaker gushes, "Barbra loved the idea."
"Gypsy" is loosely based on the 1957 memoir of burlesque dancer Gypsy Rose Lee. The story focuses on "Lee's relationship with her mother, Rose, who has since become the prototype of a 'stage mom' in pop culture."
Barbra Streisand had her last lead role in 1996 "The Mirror Has Two Faces". She, however, appeared as supporting actress in "Meet the Fockers" and its 2010 follow-up "Little Fockers".

Gordon Ramsay Was Doused in Petrol
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was doused in petrol and held at gunpoint as he tried to uncover the dark world of illegal shark fin trading for a new TV show. The "Hell's Kitchen" star was shooting scenes for a British programme "Big Fish Fight" when he confronted gangsters in Costa Rica who had slaughtered thousands of sharks to sell their sought-after fins.
But Ramsay was left terrified when the gang kept their guns trained on him and his TV crew before throwing fuel over him. He was later advised by local police to flee the country for his own safety.
The chef tells Britain's Daily Mail, "It's a multibillion-dollar industry, completely unregulated. We traced some of the biggest culprits to Costa Rica. These gangs operate from places like forts, with barbed-wire and gun towers."
"At one, I managed to shake off the people keeping us away, ran up some stairs to a rooftop and looked down to see thousands of fins, drying on rooftops for as far as the eye could see. When I got back downstairs, they tipped a barrel of petrol over me."
"Back at the wharf, there were people pointing rifles at us to stop us filming. A van pulled up and these seedy characters made us stand against a wall. The police came and advised us to leave the country. They said, 'If you set one foot in there, they'll shoot you'."
